In this workshop, participants will explore the five categories of meditation techniques: stilling the mind, visualization, concentration, mantra chanting, and contemplation. Delve into the inner processes that they set into motion.
This workshop will be conducted by Rabbi Yoel Glick, who has been guiding seekers on the path of meditation and Jewish spirituality for more than thirty years. A renowned spiritual teacher, he is also the director of Daat Eylon, an online center for spiritual training. He has taught in the United States, Canada, Israel, Asia and Europe to audiences of all Jewish denominations as well as in a variety of interfaith settings. He is the author of Seeking the Divine Presence: The Three Pillars of a Jewish Spiritual Life and Living the Life of Jewish Meditation.
